RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DESIGNS by Jae. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange and we will provide further instructions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
